Experiencing Cascais

The last couple days we have spent exploring the city we are in which is right on the beach. It is a very nice and clean town and also full of tourists. There are a couple beaches not too far from us that we go to but they are always packed. On Monday night we went to a restaurant in the marketplace to try some Portuguese seafood. There were mussels, shrimp, fried squid and percebes (goose barnacles). The barnacles tasted exactly what you think they would taste like, the ocean. We had a good look at this lighthouse from our restaurant.
